what to read
July 2nd, 2010
I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before: if you’re looking for my personal recommendations on what to read, you should have a look at my GoodReads page. I’ve got what, maybe 125 reviews up over there. And I tag my favorite books.

That’s a nice site. I use Shelfari myself and, like you, I love the tags. Plus, I can finally keep track of everything I’ve read.
And I read a lot.
Here’s a recommendation that’s probably not on your list: The Pajama Girls of Lambert Square. I just finished reading it again and enjoyed it even more this time. Contemporary romance in the south, 2 people with well-earned phobias who are attempting to heal themselves.
I would make only a tiny change. We, here in the south, FIX supper, we don’t MAKE supper. That’s yankee talk.
Rather off topic but after reading the article on author appearances on YouTube, I went hunting and, of course, found this :

Very clever editing and use of still photos and music; I can see people being intrigued enough to seek out the book.
Good job.
asdfg: oi, the fixing and the making. I should have caught that. But I’m glad it still works for you on second reading. I find that I am very pleased with it myself.
Petzi — I thought I took that down. Sheesh.
